Download your mobile ticket via the Spurs App to ensure the smoothest entry process into the Alamodome possible.
Due to a recent update from Ticketmaster, when accessing your tickets via the Spurs App; if you see an “unable to refresh” message when trying to access your tickets, please click “Logout” and sign back in.
Bringing a bag to the game?
All bags are restricted to 12" x 12" x 6" in size and will be searched upon entry. Please review our bag policy before you arrive.
The Alamodome is a cashless venue.
All points of sale accept every major credit and debit card.

Please see below for a list of things to do once you have arrived at the Alamodome. H-E-B Plaza will open at 4:00PM, please remember to arrive early!

- Several unique photo opportunities will be available throughout the concourses, be on the lookout for a recreation of the original Spurs Locker Room! (Arrive early to be the first in line!)
- For guests with floor tickets, there will be San Antonio River Barges to take photos
- Spurs Games & Swag on the Upper Deck near Section 330
- Bally Sports 360 Photo Booth located near Section 121
- Spurs Merchandise Locations - PLAZA LEVEL (118 / 128 / 107 / 130) & UPPER DECK (At top of the stairs of each corner)

Spurs Give 50/50 Raffle is presented by Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino and Hotel will be having special prices to celebrate being back home in the dome all game long! These specials include 365 entries for $100, 265 entries for $60, 165 entries for $40 and 65 entries for $20! Remember to score your tickets during the game.
Kiosks are located at Section 105 next to University Health wrapped column & ATM’s, Section 128 next to Pepsi wrapped column & Rebecca Creek, North SRO below section 144 & 102, and Section 344 near staircase. Half the proceeds will go to a lucky fan while the other half will benefit Spurs Give – the official non-profit of your San Antonio Spurs.
IN-GAME ASSISTANCE
FAN ASSIST - Text “ALAMO” (space) then your issue and location to 69050 to report any game day concerns.
GUEST SERVICES booths are in the main entrance of the North and South Plaza Concourses.
- To retrieve lost and found items after the game, call 210-207-3680.
FIRST AID areas are located on the Plaza Level near Sections 112 and 134. On the Club Level near Sections 205 & 227 and on the Upper Deck at Sections 307 & 331.
